I’m Jennifer Osbourn, entrepreneur, speaker, business strategist, and founder of Main Street Strategies.

My background has always centered around communication, leadership, problem-solving, and helping people move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Before stepping fully into entrepreneurship, I worked in law enforcement and juvenile services, where I received advanced training in active listening and communication through hostage negotiation school. I later supervised youth and families within the juvenile justice system, helping develop strategic plans focused on accountability, growth, and long-term success.

That experience eventually led me to create and lead a youth mentoring nonprofit focused on goal-setting, personal development, and helping young people understand how mindset, decisions, and actions shape outcomes.

Over time, I realized my passion extended beyond mentorship and into helping motivated entrepreneurs and business owners navigate growth, leadership, momentum, and the real challenges of building something meaningful.

Today, alongside operating businesses and leading teams in the real world, I work with entrepreneurs through coaching, strategy sessions, workshops, and speaking engagements focused on practical business growth, leadership, revenue diversification, and creating businesses that better support real life.

I’m also an active member of the Shenandoah County Chamber of Commerce, where I’ve spent the past several years leading networking groups, facilitating business conversations, and speaking to organizations, entrepreneurs, and students about entrepreneurship, momentum, and leadership.

As a wife and mother of four, I understand firsthand the pressure of balancing ambition, responsibility, business ownership, leadership, and everyday life. My approach combines practical strategy with honest conversation, actionable guidance, and a belief that sustainable growth should support your life, not consume it.
